2.1 Accuracy of Information

If an account is registered with false or misleading information, or if incorrect information is found on an account, betjili may immediately close that account and forfeit all funds held in it.

2.2 OTP Verification

An OTP will be sent to the mobile number to complete registration. This OTP is single-use and expires within a set time. You should not share your OTP with anyone.

Age Requirement

All betjili services are for persons aged 21 and above only. No person under 21 may open an account or place any bet on this platform.

betjili may request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. If age cannot be confirmed, or if a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately.

Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Sharing your password with anyone or sharing your account is prohibited.

Deposits and Payments

Withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes. However, if additional verification is needed, this time may be longer. betjili may hold a withdrawal until the user's identity has been confirmed.

6.1 Withdrawing Bonus Balance

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus offer details.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on betjili are subject to specific terms. Each bonus may not be claimed more than once, unless the offer details state otherwise.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to take advantage of the bonus system by using multiple accounts, through coordinated betting, or by any other method will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, betjili may cancel the bonus and close the account.

7.3 VIP Program

The betjili VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier based on regular play. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week.

Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when placing bets on betjili:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, it will be considered cancelled and the stake will be returned
• In sports betting, bets are accepted before an event starts or in accordance with live market conditions

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjili platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or using technical methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Engaging in coordinated or manipulative betting with other users
• Attempting to hack betjili's systems or gain unauthorised access

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, betjili will take immediate action, which may include closing the account and pursuing legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• At the user's own request

10.1 Balance on Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, betjili may pay out or forfeit the balance depending on the outcome of the investigation. If an account is closed at the user's own request and no rules have been violated, the available balance will be paid out by the standard method.
